Autoscaling, explained.
When traffic needs more, your store scales on its own, as far as the traffic needs. Nobody files a ticket and nobody waits for a resize. Up to 3× your reservation is free for the first 10% of the month, about three days. After that, the extra cores and memory that ran bill at double the reserved rate, per core and per GiB, for the minutes they ran. Storage grows the same way, in 25 GB steps, and you set the ceiling.

Are bots billed?
No. You pay for compute, not visitors. Bots, crawlers, and scheduled jobs use the same cores and memory you already pay for, and nothing on the bill counts sessions, visits, or requests.
Do you offer committed pricing?
Yes. Annual commitments unlock a 10% discount over monthly billing on every tier, with the same per-minute metering and burst allowance underneath.
Can I cap my spend?
Yes, two ways. Set a monthly spend number and we alert you at 50%, 80%, and 100% of it. And cap the autoscaling itself at any multiple of your reservation, or turn it off, so the bill cannot grow past the number you chose.
Can I stop the bill from growing at all?
Yes. Turn autoscaling off and the bill is exactly your reservation, with no overage line. Or cap it at any multiple of the reservation. Both are settings in the dashboard, not plan changes, so you can open it up for a sale and close it again after.
